Intense but works.
This thing is a crazy contraption that makes you feel you are about your KYS. But, in reality its very intense, I suggest using is VERY gently. But, if used with care. MAN this thing works. like only a few minutes and I felt relief. Wow! Neck has felt good for the past 2 days after using it after months of random stiffness.

Disappointing Experience with the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device
I recently purchased the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device Over Door for Home Use, and unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory. **Build Quality:** The first issue I encountered was the flimsy build quality of the device. The materials used feel cheap and not durable. The over-the-door bracket seemed unstable, and I had concerns about its ability to hold up over time. The plastic components felt like they could break easily, making me question the overall longevity of the product. **Poor Design:** The design of the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device leaves much to be desired. The straps are awkwardly positioned, and the adjustment mechanisms are not user-friendly. Trying to find the right fit and angle for effective traction was a frustrating experience, and the device frequently slipped or moved during use, rendering it ineffective and uncomfortable. **Ineffective Traction:** Despite following the instructions meticulously, I found the traction provided by this device to be minimal at best. The tension created was inconsistent, and I didn't feel any noticeable relief in my neck or upper back. The device's design seems inadequate to provide the targeted and controlled traction needed for neck pain relief. **Discomfort during Use:** The discomfort experienced while using the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device was a significant drawback. The straps were not padded adequately, causing irritation and discomfort on the skin. The awkward positioning of the headrest made it difficult to relax during the traction sessions, defeating the purpose of using such a device for pain relief. **Noisy Operation:** To add to the list of disappointments, the device operated with an annoying creaking and popping sound, making it an unpleasant experience overall. The noise not only disrupted the relaxation process but also raised concerns about the device's long-term durability. **Conclusion:** Regrettably, I cannot recommend the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device Over Door for Home Use. Its poor build quality, ineffective design, discomfort during use, and noisy operation make it an unreliable and frustrating solution for those seeking relief from neck pain. I would advise potential buyers to explore alternative options with better reviews and a more proven track record in providing effective cervical traction.

It's not perfect, but it works when your patient
Do not rush using this. Also do not over do. Move slow, get your stretch, hold for a sec then wrap it up. I use this 2 times a week. Every day seems a bit much especially since I felt the most improvements the day after using. Right after using you for sure feel relief and stretched, but the next your movements just feel that much more free. I over did maybe the 3rd time using and had to wait a month before using again. When I started using again I just kept it easy like I did the first 2 times and all has been well. Do not use this to fix every inch or your spine. The most relief will be in the neck. You will feel all down your shoulders and spine, but you'll have to let more body weight hang using your neck to hold you up. Something about letting full body weight stretch the neck. Doesn't feel like a freak idea so I easy into it and try not to let it go further than my body truly feels comfortable going. Also I wish the head strap had more angles to adjust. It's only one. It's fine but I feel like I need a diff position to get areas without having to straight or twist awkwardly. Using the hanging oull strap really helps and has been the key to using it right. Always use the pull strap or else risk hurting yourself in the process. Using the pull strap also makes u open up Korean of your back and shoulder muscles which gives me an even better stretch. Last, it's not east to set up, but once you get used to it, you'll be able to get it quick and somewhat easy. It's always a bit awkward getting into it and making sure everything is connect the right way.

Works for smaller people
Feels great. The thing isn't strong enough for 250+ lbs. Metal folding hook bends eventually.

Simple and Effective
This is a great little device! It's simple to use and comfortable, too. I wasn't sure if it would help me, but it has been the best relief I've found for my neck pain and stiffness!

Bad for cervical ridiculopathy
Makers of this device claim it will help with spinal stenosis and cervical ridiculopathy. I have both. I think if had I just the spinal stenosis it might have worked. It pinched my nerve even more and caused pain. I sat in it for a good 30 seconds and the pain just got worse also, the head brace is designed for someone with a larger head. I'm a small person with a small head. It never fit quite right.
