Excellent 7/8" Straight Razor (Black)

I have been shaving with a straight razor for several years now and have in that time purchased several razors from various different companies. This one is honestly one of the best to date. It is the only one that came shave ready instead straight out of the box, the scales are well made, and the blade looks and feels fantastic. Now the only other test is to see how well it holds an edge, but given the quality of the other components of this razor I somehow don't think that will be much of an issue.

First of all I was really excited about getting this product it came all the way from Germany so expectation are through the roof. I admit I’m no expert when it comes to sharpening knives but you would have thought this product would've been factory sharpened. So, I invested in this product and bought a couple of whetstones just to get the most out this and like I said I’m no expert when it comes to sharpening knives but completely gave up. I really wanted this product to work the craftsmanship and the box it comes in are top notch. But sadly, my 20 dollar straight razor is much more sharp out the box. Had they said product needs sharpening I would’ve lowered expectations but now I have a 120 dollar razor about 100 dollars in whetstone and I’m throwing it all away and starting over.
