The product is good, does what it is supposed to do. The delivery however is the worst I have had on Amazon. I received an email that my package was delivered and that it was handed to me! Imagine my surprise! No text or call from the delivery guy, and then I find the package on my door, with the Amazon seal torn wide open.

I decided to use thd produc, actually the relaxer inside its enough, since my previous review stated that the product looks like has been tampered. Mixing it with add ons, it was just a lot.

Not great quality the relaxer... gentle treatment is better. But ok

Works well and made my natural hair easier and softer to manage. But it takes time to wash the relaxer off the hair. Had to wash it 4 to 5 times to get the pink off
