Cool looking, smooth, quiet, and crisp shifting 11 speed DLC chain.
I purchased the Black/Celeste DLC (Diamond Like Coating) chain for my Bianchi XR4 with Dura Ace mechanical group. The chain works flawlessly with Shimano, and is also compatible with other 11 speed drivetrains such as Campagnolo, Sram, etc. The main concerns are the significantly higher costs of these specialty color chains, and expected more noticeable wear/tear of the nice surface finish (Black/Specialty color) over time, compared to the standard color (silver and gold) KMC X11SL chains.
