Iron and healthy
It's iron. Therefore healthier than non stick or aluminum The size is perfect for frying a variety of ingredients for even complicated dishes. It heats fast Minus. Slightly heavy. So it doesn't overheat or burn too fast. But less easy to handle It doesn't balance on the gas burner so you have to keep holding it. Overall I'm finding it very useful and would recommend it
