These little packs get super hot so the sleeve provided is necessary. Even with the sleeve, it's still a lil too hot. Need them after UFE procedure and it really helps with cramping. Not sure how long the heat lasts since I just started.

I recently tried the Prima Care PHP-45 instant heat pack, and it’s been a lifesaver for sore muscles and cold hands during outdoor activities. I rarely write reviews. But I feel I need to. I used a different brand heat packs at the hospital and thought they were amazing. So, I bought these for relief from nerve pain. They were a big waste of money. Most of them did not work. My brother in law needed one at Christmas. I gave him 2 and neither popped. I brought out 13 more and there was actually a competition to see whose would pop. Only 4 of the 13 popped. This is not counting the other ones I tried to use before that were also duds. If you are looking to purchase these, I would take all of these comments seriously. Check out others first.

I took these on a cruise, since I couldn’t take an electric heating pad. They were better than nothing, but are fairly small. I had to use several at a time for my lower back. They do get very warm and will give some immediate deep heat for on the average less than one hour.

Convenient and long lasting heat packs. This can be conveniently packed in your bag and transported. You can take these with you or place them in a first aid kit.

Not easy to use, had to throw on floor multiple times to get started. Very hot once you do though so decent value

Product needed in rehab facility which did not provide!

These are really great hot packs and you can’t beat the price!
