Fat Daddio's POB-9132 Sheet Cake Pan, 9 x 13 x 2 Inch, Silver

This pan was recommended by a baker on Pinterest. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This was my 1st time making a Texas chocolate sheet cake and it turned out deliciously moist, evenly baked and it did not stick to the pain. It is very high quality and also cleans up easily.

Pan is perfectly designed, like all Fat Daddio’s baking pans. I do a lot of baking and have used Wilton & other brands in the past. Without a doubt, Fat Daddio’s is far superior in quality, even heat distribution and ease of removing cakes from their pans. The curled edges make grabbing a hot pan much easier. The smooth interior corners allow for easier cake removal and super easy washing and cleanup. I got rid of all my other brands and replaced them with Fat Daddio’s. Worth every cent!

LOVE, love, love this pan for brownies!! Perfect size (use the 9x13 brownie mix for perfect thick and chewie) and durable quality to last a long time.

Product arrived quickly, and in good condition. I needed a sheet cake pan that was not non-stick due to a recipe that required broiling the topping. The cake baked evenly. The pan is anodized, and requires hand washing with dish soap, and finish requires no abrasives.

Very sturdy and well made. Super easy to clean. Only issue I had with it (and another similar Fat Daddio's baking pan in another size) is that you have to LOWER your oven temperature by 25 degrees or edges of casseroles, etc. will begin to burn too quickly. This information was 'hidden' on the back side of the info sheet that comes 'tacked' to the pan, and very easy to overlook since it's part of a larger paragraph in small type.

Got my pans on time and they look amazing. You can feel the quality!! I am so excited! I love the straight edge. Baking today, will come back to update on the bake quality! Plus, they included a complimentary set of measuring spoons for me and I actually loved that little surprise. I was confused when I heard the rattling inside. These pans are a pretty penny and I'm excited to put them to use. Thanks

Ordered the 8 x 12 sheet after deliberating if that or a 9 x 13 would be the closet 1/4 sheet size. The 8 x 12 x 2 is thankfully the exact the size I was looking for! It bakes thoroughly and efficiently (following the baking tips on the paper it comes with) and cleans easily. This is my 5th Fat Daddio cake pan and this one is just as sturdy and reliable as the others! You will need to make 2 boxes of your fav boxed cake to fill the pan half way. The thickness will be enough to cut down hamburger style with a long knife to add filling! Overall very happy with my purchase. He loved his retirement cake 😇

I have many Fat Daddio bakeware items. Nothing sticks, easy to clean, they help baked goods to cook evenly. Nice weight. Excellent bakeware worth the investment. Great tools for all levels of baker.
