Wouldn't recommend.
My partner and I think it smells like beef noodles 😂😂 It doesn't taste great either. Definitely won't be using it 🤢 We'll stick to the blueberry muffin one!

Good for short distance
Good things are: friendly to sensitive skin, taste alright/neutral, ideal for me. It gives nice moisture, however... Here, not good things: requires reapplication as dries quickly and compromising natural moisture. After 2-3 reapplication becoming sticky. Id recommend that product for sensitive skin and short time play. No good for long runners.
