What size aio do you need

Please save yourself the trouble of wasting money because some child said a 140 mm AIO will work. You might as well use the stock cooler. 120mm AIO's are horrible for most modern up to date things. A 240mm AIO will run your temps In the 60c-80's depending on thermal paste, if you apply it correctly, the pc case, how many fans, unobstructed air flow with a little bit of positive pressure, and last but not least the pressure you applied to the block when you tighten it down. If you are considering a 240 aio then just get a 360 aio like egva for about $100.00 USD. That price is comparable to the 240 aio's price but the evga has such great performance. I have never seen temps above 57C in a room with ambient temp of 68f pick up some good thermal paste, non conductive if you are new to this like kryonaught thermal grizzly. I wish amazon had an aptitude test you have to pass before posting answers. Please if you listen to anybody take my advice and YouTube/ google it

I am noticing some answers claiming there is no cooler inluded with the Intel Core i9-10900F but the description says "cooler included"?

Cooler included with i9-10900f. I performed some load tests for this processor. When processor loaded to 100% power consumption 186W with my assembly (I don't use box cooler). With different motherboard power consumption can be slightly different. Box cooler maximum ~95W TDP. it's good for games and office work. But if you want to do some rendering or load processor more then 50% better to install cooler with bigger TDP to avoid overheating and throttling.

It will work with b460i ? Mini itx board..

b460i motherboard should work with i9 processors. To know details you should go to motherboard manufacturer website and check specification for supported CPU. For example MPG B460I GAMING EDGE WIFI works with i9 T/F/K.

can you use this without an AIO cooling ?

Yes you can actually. It does come with stock cooler rated for 65 tdp. The pl1 boost is an all core boost that many motherboards unlock in the bios by default. MSI,gigabyte, and asus just to name a few will unlock all cores. So in my original case I had trash airflow, stock cooler with kryonaught thermal grizzly paste and all core boost on running at 4.9 ghz with 5.14 ghz being the highest speed. When the all core boost "PL1"is unlocked you won't see the pl2 duel core speeds of 5.2 GHz. Now this is a very hot processor and you can run it on the stock cooler while doing normal computing, gaming but without a water cooler or at least a 6 pipe cooler you will not be running any stress tests. I'm running the evga 360 mm AIO water cooler and a PC case that allows for 6 fans. 5 fans blowing in and one blowing exhaust out the back and it has never been above 57C. While stress testing I eventually thermal throttle my vrm but I have a fix to improve that. I do recommend a motherboard with at least 10+2 power phase to help you unleash this I-9 and prevent vrm thermal throttling. So yes you can use it without an AIO. Yes you can game on it using the stock cooler. Just remember that your motherboard may unlock all cores by default which is a good thing. But if you are running it in a hot room with temps in the 70's you more than likely will thermal throttle. To properly cool this you will spend about $100.00 USD air cooler or water. I can recommended the evga 360 AIO for $109.00. If you buy an air cooler rated for this I-9 10900f it may stick out quite a bit. Measure from your board to the side panel to see how much headroom you have. Also watch out for coolers that don't allow much room for ram. I bought low profile ram just in case to prevent this issue but I went AIO in the end.
