This has definitely helped my 4 month old son get over his nasal congestion and runny nose. For weeks I did what his pediatrician recommended which was nasal spray, a cold mist humidifier and Nose Frida aspirator. I also took Echinacea in hopes that it would pass through my breastmilk and help his immune system fight the cold. It wasn't until I added this to the daily regimen that he started feeling better. I love this product and use other items by this company for my baby. It's all natural, works and my son has never fought me not to take it. He drinks both this and the Camilia happily.
