How does the candy come packaged?

The candy is actually loose in the cars. You have to open the car roof to be able to shake the candy out of the car.

Could you potentially take the candy out and replace it with some fruit chew snacks?

You can empty the candy out, but the opening is small on top to try to squeeze in fruit snacks. You could pour in regular size or mini m&m’s or any other hard candy Of that size. The candy that comes with it leaves behind a powder substance in side the the car.
