Hello, I would recommend the New Moisture Encounter 5 ( https://www.amazon.com/Tramex-Moisture-Encounter-ME5/dp/B07YDYTYPT ) for everything but concrete, and the Tramex Concrete Moisture Encounter 5 for Concrete ( https://www.amazon.com/CME5/dp/B07YDYMSTQ ) . Concrete requires its own moisture meter for accuracy although you MAY be able to detect moisture presence in concrete in the Moisture Encounter + or 5, it would be just that a possible indication in either the 0-100 reference scale or the plaster/brick scale. There is no way to measure potential moisture content or percentage in concrete without a concrete specific moisture meter. You may consider hiring a water damage and restoration local contractor to do a moisture assessment for you first. Came with outdated calibration certificate.

Good product but came with 2 year old calibration. Called seller and they did get me an updated certificate the next day. Customer service was good.

They don’t last very long.

I’ve bought 1 in August of 2017, it stopped working and I bought another in august of 2018. This one lasted almost 6 months. What a crappy product!
