Stick it in and let it play. Plays soothing music while it cleans cd player. Worked the first time. If the problem is with hardware then may not work. Gladly recommend.

My old Bose CD player was reading my brand new collectible CD as “Not Playable”. I entered that diagnosis into YouTube and cleaning the CD player was suggested. I used to keep a cleaning disk around but must have misplaced it. I ordered the Arsvita Cd Laser Cleaning Disc and it arrived the next day. I popped it in and let it play. Did not hear any music or sound at all while it was cleaning, so I played it again. Still nothing. I put my new disk in, hoping for a miracle. It played flawlessly!! Love it!!

I’ve used it in my CD Player! I was having issues with a couple cds not playing right. After cleaning it! so far it’s working fine now. I also ran it through my DVD player because it had never been cleaned. It worked fine on my DVD Player. I paid around $10 for it and so far it was worth buying the laser cleaning disc. I still want to try it in my cars cd player. I like that it plays music so you know it’s working. It does take 25-30 minutes to go through the process.

I purchased the Arsvita Disk Cleaner because my 2007 Hyundai six disc. cd player was making a continuing wisking/flapping noise on each cd. I tried other cd's and I still had the same problem. So I thought I would purchase a disk player cleaner. I looked at several and decided on the Arsvita Company cleaner. Excellent pricing and received it in just a couple days. I put the cleaner in today and it takes on a 6 disc player about 30 minutes. So I just put it in and left the player/cleaner do its thing and shut the car door. When I went to check on it the disk was just finishing the 6th cd holder. I put the same cds back in that were in when this all started and the sound is totally all gone after the cleaner. I would give this cleaner a 100 stars because if this did not work the next thing to do was to have the built-in player worked on and that way above my budget. So extremely happy Arvsita was there. They stand behind their product 100% plus a small business that puts out an excellent product. There is no improvement as far as I am concerned. Thank you Arsvita for saving me!!

I have a Bose Sound touch Radio with CD player that had not been used in probably 2 years. I recently set it up in my new home office and tried to play one of my favorite CD's. It played the first track for about 17 seconds then stopped working completely. I tried 2 other CD's and those would not play at all. I ordered this lens cleaner disc and it took care of all the problems. The CD player works perfectly and I was able to play all the CD's I had previously tried with no issues whatsoever. One note: The player did not work immediately after using the lens cleaner disc. However, it worked perfectly the next morning.

One of my favorite hobbies is buying new CD’s and playing them in my car because I have an awesome sound system. Was so heartbroken when one day my CD player started skipping all my CD’s. I popped this in and let it play all the way four or five times and completely fixed it!! So grateful for you guys making this amazing product. 100% recommend!!

The lens error could not be rectified even after multiple cycles of use

I have an older dvd that's sound was distorted when I played it. I put this laser lense cleaner in and ran it as instructed. When it finished there was white powder like substance in the dvd player. I used the cloth that came with the cleaner to wipe it out. When I put the disk back in to play, the sound distortion was gone and it played beautifully! So glad I got this!! Highly recommend!!

Decidí darle una oportunidad al producto ignorando las malas reseñas y termine arrepintiendo me en grande. No solo no sirvió para su función, además, daño el láser del reproductor de CD y ahora no lee ningún CD, la peor compra ya que no puedo reclamar lo que me costará reparar mi reproductor o comprar uno nuevo.

Very good product. After using the cleaner on my DVD machine both the picture and sound quality improved. The company gives a product satisfaction guarantee which is a nice feature. I highly recommend it

It’s a regular cd with 2 little eyelash brushes on it. I ran it for 30 minutes or so. I knew this because it has music on it. An eclectic variety of songs from classical to rap to mellow that lasted 30 minutes. Quite interesting. Did it work? Did it clean the lens? I just don’t know but I think so.
