The best Tape...
My physical therapy practitioner at Health Fusion Wellness in Freehold, NJ, used Ninja Tape as part of my therapy for 2 different issues.I had a bad ankle sprain and the tape kept my ankle in the best position as it was healing. It stayed on great, through showering, etc and provided great support.Secondly, having my shoulder taped as part of therapy for some shoulder mobility issues was excellent. I'm a CrossFit Trainer, and was able to continue with my overhead work and a lot of overhead barbell demos because the tape kept my shoulder in the best position. It provided the stability my shoulder needed as I was going through therapy and during coaching and classes. I highly recommend it for anyone needing support, stability, and injury recovery.

i bought the tape at Health fusion wellness freehold, nj Best tape i use since i do crossfit for three years, it stays on long and really keeps my shoulder and kness in the best position. Highly recommended for all types of athletes!
