I’ve been using these - chest, neck, eyes - for over a year. They work! I’m a side sleeper and was so dismayed by my 40yo decollette - these have made such a difference. To extend the life of each pad, washing with baby soap helps and also store them upside down/sticky side facing up in a plastic ware container. Read that tip from another reviewer and it definitely helps - I can use the pads nearly nightly for 2+ months with these tips.

I got the Silc Skin Complete Chest & Neck Care Set for my wife. She's middle aged and has some crepey skin on her chest and neck. Though moisturizers help some, she wanted to try something that had more immediate effects.The pads are sticky silicon pieces that are easy to apply and are best used overnight. The neck piece does not stick on well. After several attempts it felt uncomfortable to wear, so my wife abandoned using it altogether (and why I'm knocking off one star). However, the chest piece does stay on without any discomfort. She applied it before bed and woke up in the morning to a smoother decollete (see before and after pictures). Several hours after removing, skin still had less wrinkles. So bottom line, it works. I can see this being handy to prepare for a special event. It's also easy enough to use on a daily basis.The self adhesive pads last for about 30 days and it's recommended you wash them on occasion to remove exfoliated skin cells. They work by drawing moisture to the surface and help "improve the collagen structure". I'm not sure how long lasting the effects are, but prolonged use is supposed to "return chest skin to a more youthful and supple appearance". So far, so good.Made in the USA~ Kort

The silicone pads delivered to me were already opened and used!!! They had hair and skin dander stuck to them. Not cool.

I’ve used this for 3 nights now. It’s true that if you clean and dry the area it will stick nicely. However, as you can see in the photo, I got a wound while wearing it last night. An hour later and it’s still there. It’s like little broken vessels, like if you used gua sha too hard. This was in the center of the chest pad, not the edges. I think this product is too expensive for the quality. I may try it again after this heals. Not sure. Will report back.

I really like this brand because the silicone patches are thicker than average.And they really do work.After leaving them on overnight, you can see the difference in your skin when you remove them in the morning. The only problem is you have to keep on using them to see any sort of result. This is not like something that you can stop using and expect the results to be long lasting.But even so, in my opinion, it's worth every penny because it really does help.

I purchased three of the products. None of them lasted through the first night. I tried again the next night. Washed my face, waited till it was completely dry and applied the patches. They did not last at all. They completely pulled off by the time I woke up in the morning.
