Once kids have finished building this battery-operated 4-cylinder model engine, they'll be rewarded with a satisfying vroom-vroom and lights as it springs into action! The transparent plastic case lets children see for themselves what makes the engine tick as they watch the firing spark plugs, rocking valves, pumping pistons, and the turning belts and fan. Following the detailed instructions, kids will find it simple to screw together the 100+ parts. Kit includes all the realistic parts to make a working engine - exhaust and intake valves, crankshaft, cams, crankcase, timing belt, cylinder block, exhaust manifold, head gasket, fan belt, and so much more (even a dipstick!) - plus an engine mounting stand for display. Requires 4 AA batteries, scissors, and a screwdriver (not included). Ages 8 and up. WARNING! CHOKING HAZARD: Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.
