Where are these cards made?

The bottom of the box says made in China. They are delightful notecards with a variety of flowers on the front with matching stickers. I like to use the stickers when I don't have to seal the envelopes. It is a family owned business (Mother and her 2 sons)

Do these cards have anything printed on the last page?

Note sure what you mean as “ last page” but the front has flower inside is blank and back of card has company logo on bottom! See pictures from my review

what size is the envelope?

Envelopes are 6 1/4" (w) x 4 5/16" (h); cards fit nicely.
