Chiaramente ognuno di noi ha il proprio modo di prendersi cura delle cose, quindi non escludo che i difetti menzionati dagli utenti siano in realtà dei danni che loro stessi recano inconsapevolmente

we received the Zwilling Passion pans - they look beautiful. One of the lids had a dent in it so we started a return process. These are sourced from Amazon UK, and if I would have gone through with the return, it would have cost me $200 in shipping - which is more than the pans cost. Amazon would only cover $20. I assumed (bad on me) that the return would be like any other Amazon product.

Produkt niet kopen! Deksels can de pannen trekken vacuüm. Als je na het koken het vuur uitzet terwijl de deksel van de pan er opzit, gaat de deksel op een gegeven moment vacuüm trekken. Het midden van de deksel wordt naar boven gezogen. De eerste keer dat dat gebeurde schrok ik van het geluid. Daarna zit de deksel zo vast dat het niet meer van de pan afgaat, terwijl hete voedsel nog in de pan zit. Pan af laten koelen en daarna met een mes de deksel er af gewrikt. Dit is toch niet de bedoeling van een pan. Heel gevaarlijk en vervelend want je kan het eten niet opdienen.
