I saw a chiropractor using this on Facebook, and thought I would give it a try. Having used lacrosse balls for muscle release before, I was pretty sure I was going to like it. This far exceeded my expectations. As it is balance by having two balls that are attached, it is perfect for your back pain. When I tried using two separate balls, they would always move around. This way they stay put, and they also make it easier to get to the neck and the upper part of the shoulders.
