Everything you need!!
Item arrived sooner than expected and safely packaged. It was a quick and easy install since it was exact replacement. The old fan was loud and this new one sounded so quiet that i barely noticed it was on. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a radon fan.

Perfect replacement for my 14 year-old broken fan
Why did you pick this product vs others?: So about a year ago I moved into a new house. The inspector didn't say anything about the radon fan. I knew it was there and I've seen it for the past year. But the other day I decided to take a closer look. It was off! The on / off switch was off. And I had no idea. I'm new to radon so the first thing I did was buy a meter. The picture with the number 4 is before I installed the fan. Removing the old fan and putting in the new one didn't take much longer than 15 minutes. It was just a matter of removing the clamps from the pipe connectors, pulling off the old one, removing the white and black wires from the power, and hooking up the new ones with wire nuts. I did use a power meter to make sure there was no power after turning off the breaker from the electrical box. Safety first! After hooking everything up and turning the power back on, the fan turned right on. The other picture that says 1.89 is after 24 hours of running the fan. I feel so much better knowing that I won't get lung cancer from radon now! If only the home inspector had said something I would've made sure to install a new fan. I'm kind of upset about that. Either way this fan is very quiet, I'm glad that I got it! And I'm sure I saved several hundred dollars by doing it myself.

Outstanding Durability
This fan was installed in Sep 2018. It is still running quietly after 7 years of continuous operation. Installation into the existing passive radon piping was straightforward. The house was built in 2016, which required passive radon piping.

Perfect fit as replacenemt, noisy, ok performance.
I replaced a discontinued model from the sane maker with identical dimensions. So the installation was super easy for me. It is pretty noisy, but an easy noise to get used to, it is next to a condesor on my house so not a problem for me. If you research the performance and specs there are better values because this on is expensive, and two from this company has lasted only anout 10 years in my experience.

Did the job
Had to replace our fan to sell our house. Seemed a little loud, but the fan was located in the garage so it wasn't too bothersome. Did the job.

Perfect match, easy installation, quite operation.
I check on the Radon system every once in a while, like every few months. The fluid in the basement Radon tube was at the even level; this means something if off and not working. In most cases, it means there is no power to the fan, or the fan is not working. Pre-tested the outlet to ensure there is the power to the fan. There was. And the fan was quite. Ordered a matching fan, exactly the same. Once the cord is unplugged, you do not need to go to the electrical panel. You do not need an electrician. It does not come with the power cord, but you can easily reuse the cord from the existing fan. Check the cord for no damages! Match wire colors to tie-in the old cord to the new fan wires (power, neutral, and ground), test the new fan before installing it in place. Put everything back in the place, plugged in the fan, and the fluid in the basement Radon tube was offset by the vacuum in the system. The entire job took an hour. In my case, all tools I needed were a 5-in-1 screwdriver as the screws used are universal (that's the 5th use of this awesome screwdriver that nowadays every household has), tester, and some electrical tape. You do not need to call a 'professional' to install this fan if you are just a bit handy with stuff around your home. Save and keep in your pocket like $500. Pictures posted for visual help.
