I'm super delighted that I purchased this wonderful ylang ylang by Now. I've never had ylang ylang extra before and it is very superior to ylang ylang III. Ylang extra is a higher quality and more expensive essential oil due to the distillation process. Having purchased ylang III in the past, as that was what was available in the health food stores, I thought that was what ylang smelled like: wonderfully exotic but kind of a medicinal petrolium unpleasant undertone. This Now ylang extra lacks that medicinal petro undertone and is so lovely it can even be worn as a perfume oil. I like to put a couple drops (it's very strong) on my lava bead bracelet and inhale to feel a dreamy improved mood and reduce inflammation. This lovely scent can carry my spirit away to beautiful places. Benefits of ylang are numerous and I will be using it more now that I have discovered Now ylang. For strong healthy hair and to prevent breakage I mix this ylang along with clary sage into hair products or even rub one or two drops in my hands to smooth onto wet freshly washed hair which smell fabulous. For shine and softness, I add Now 100% chamomile. I had no idea that ylang extra would be so fabulous and superior. Very impressed Now!

The one thing I could say about this product, you really get your money is worth, I also like the fact that you can use it for multiple purposes like I just recently made some turmeric soap and it smells so good. I can’t stop using this product.!

I love Now products. The only issue with this delivery was that the bottle had leaked. I had to wash the bottle.

I got this because I saw a vet recommend making a flea and tick repellent with the turmeric oil. Studies apparently show turmeric as having great effectiveness so I ordered it and witch hazel, along with liquid coconut oil. We will see how it works and I always trust the NOW brand oils and have bought several kinds that I love.

Excellent lemon aroma and flavor. I love the product, but not the vendor, it was shipped in a small plastic bag which was not enough protection from the mail service, and the seal was cracked and the product leaked out all over the thin bubble wrap.I love NOW products, they are always fresh, natural and consistently excellent.UPDATE: 01/02/2014Vendor read this product review and contacted me to amend this issue and delivered a full refund, deciding to tackle the issue of the broken product with the postal service. I fully rescind my negative merchant review and give them 5 stars for going above and beyond for excellent customer service and follow through. It is refreshing to know that this merchant cares enough to read the reviews, which I've only experienced perhaps 3 times in all the years I have been an Amazon customer. Kudos to their customer service department for taking the time to handle a small order for just over $11, I will certainly use this vendor again, it is unfortunately a rare thing to find competent, efficient customer service these days, so these guys get a gold star.
