I use my hose to pump from a 1000 gallon fertilizer tank, through an injection pump into an irrigation line that is under about 35Lbs of pressure. Works fine.

Q: can I use with nitrogen gases

With low pressure yes. The wall thickness on this is very thin and will not take any sort of high pressure. I use it as a vent hose for a fuel tank on a racecar. There are better options at your local industrial hydraulic hose shop.
