Our order came and one bottle was open and leaked all over everything including my porch. I honestly thought no big deal, I can take pictures and have them send us a replacement bottle...ha... no such luck. Since we ordered the 12 pack we were told that we can not get a replacement for the bottle that leaked. I would have to return all 12 bottles! That seems ridiculous, so I am out one bottle and that just irritates me so much. I will remember this when it comes time to order again. I will not be ordering this from here ever again. So frustrating.
