I cook and bake extensively, and purchased this Emile Henry 11" x 8" Medium Rectangular Emile Henry Baker to replace a similar sized baker that broke when my toe caught the edge of a throw rug and I dropped the baker - full of pasta casserole - on my kitchen floor. Ugh! I have used this Emile Henry Baker many times and love it! It's 11" x 8" size is so versatile. I use it for baked goods, roast foods, casseroles, meatballs, and other dishes. Even heat distribution. I do not have a dishwashing machine, this baker cleans up easily by hand washing and drying with a dish towel. I highly recommend this product.

I wanted a lasagna dish that was deep enough for 4-6 layers of pasta, and this Emile Henry dish is just perfect. Not only nice and deep but beautifully weighty to retain heat when serving at the table. Very well made with a surface that is easy to clean. Highly recommended.
