Color slightly different than pictured. Because of the texture, the stain in some areas seems to be uneven.

Customer service was very nice and helpful. Buts this chair is not really comfortable, little short and too deep, the back is so hard I was trying to use a pillow but the pillow would not stay because the big gap on the back side. My husband spent whole day to assemble, we bought 8, hard to return。

Stylish and sturdy chair. Easy to assemble and fashionable.

Really like the wire-brushed wood touch. Black faux leather (as pictured) is more of a charcoal than a true black. The cushion is more sturdy/ firm than soft. The assembling instructions were not too clear but all you need is some common sense.

One of the front legs, the part that inside the leg, to screw in to, came out. The hole must had been over booked, so that piece fell out. I wish it had happened within 30 days, so I could send it back!

Very solidly constructed and well balanced.

Because of the way the chair arms extend over the seat pad, you lose an inch on either side making the chair a narrow fit. This chair was awkward to put together and has a slight tilt to the right even though it sits level on the floor. Note - This chair is not in a prominent place where it would be on view to visitors. It was the style I was looking for and the price sealed the deal. Read other reviews before deciding.
