I’m confused where the 28” comes in? According to the dimensions it’s only 8” tall? Can you tell me how long the monkey is from foot to head?

I just measured it and it’s only 20 inches from head to foot. I never paid attention to the height when I got it because I was so busy, so yeah, not cool. 😳
