Is this tape measure accurate?Can I measure my neck for shirts with this?

Hello，lytown tape measure is very accurate. And It comes with an extra tape that can be used to measure other things.

Does this have a tenaion feature for consistency in measurements?

Yes it does but in order for it to work right the end of the tape should fit more securely in opposite hole that was made for it.

I looked all over the tape measure and could not find where it was made. I even pulled the tape all the way out and still does not say. I can tell you I love mine. It is so much easier to measure anything on your body!

How come the tape doesn't have 16/16 in? There are only 8/8in between the inches

I don't know why it doesn't go down to the 16ths of an inch, but it works great for me.
