The instruction manual says this is air22

Item never arrived. No response from company. Do they have a phone number?

Complain to Amazon. This company is located in China. My experience was worse than horrible. I would not recommend this product.

What kind of paint is used on this cat house?

It’s some type of grey flat paint. That’s all I know. The one I ordered was very damaged. They refunded my money and I discarded it, which wasn’t easy. I don’t recommend the cat house.

What can be done to close the space from the window to the cage?

There isn’t anything open unless you choose to open it. We attached ours to a shed window and just used simple anchor hooks to attach it to the shed to make sure it was stable for the kitties. Used a couple of small pieces of wood to make sure no gaps they could squeeze out of between the building and the shed also. They got use to a new outside place and stayed safe for a few weeks until we could open the cat door at the bottom.
