Had a good research before I bought this. The small ambulatory oxygen tanks and tubes fit in fine. I've had to take one eyelet off to get a tube through (our choice), but material is strong enough to do this and hasnt . Very happy with this tank bag. Even the oxygen supplier was impressed by it!

Very handy backpack

I love the color and the fact that it has pockets and elastic webbing for a water bottle.What I don't like is not being able to fully close it because there is no way to connect the tubing from the outside.
