Tastey spanish rice
As far as I can tell, this rice is the same stuff I eat in spain. I made some pallela according to their receipe and it turned out great. I'm not as good at getting the socarate to form, but I'm practicing.

Great for paella or Risotto
Not bomba rice but much better to cook with and the flavour was better as well. This is my second order even gave a bag as a gift.

Really high quality. Makes great paella. We can't find this in our local grocery store and paella isn't the same without round rice.

Perfect Paella Rice!
My paella came out beautiful first try! I had tried before with regular short grain but it wasn't the same. This variety is the right kind. I wish the price was better and it compared to regular rice.
