Q: Is this similar to the sleep mask lip stuff?

It's very similar. The only significance is that the consistency is a bit thinner than the mask; more runny and liquid, sort of like a gloss. But it still has that unique pillowy feeling on the lips that the mask does, and it does a decent job of hydrating the lips. The scent is basically the same.

Q: I saw some photos of dented boxes and mine was as well. My question though is should this product have any type of sanitation wrap or covered opening?

Hi. No, it never comes with any sanitation wrap. I have purchased it from Laneige, Sephora and Amazon and it never has any covering except the box. I hope this helped

Sorta grape if you have to pick one scent; but it truly smells like right when someone opens a bag of gummie bears.

Good Item but too small container for the price

I have been using Laniege Berry lipbalm for last 3 years and it has done wonders for my always chapped lips. I used to buy the glass bottle with applicator. For a change I ordered the tube and found that its too tiny for the price I paid, compared to the glass bottle pack.
