Great Product
Bought this backpack right before school started and I've been using it for almost 6 months now. Works great and feels comfortable on my back. The charging port is very helpful and lets me charge my laptop in the backpack. Overall, great product and would buy again.

Zipper problems after a year
Good design. Comfortable for kids to wear. However, we bought two backpacks and both of them broke at the zipper (in a way that it is not fixable.)
