Not have strong wrists, heavy pot will be difficult for me. can you tell me what the weight and height of the stock pot without the lid please?

I do not have the actual weight but this is a big pot. Filled with soup, water, etc. it will very likely become very heavy. GreenPan also has smaller pots with the same diameter; I recommend trying those instead.

Is the pot ceramic material ? Why does it say aluminum abd stainless steel? I thought it is ceramic?

It is ceramic on the inside and hard aluminum on the outside with stainless steel handles. I have used mine a lot. Only complaint is minor chipping on rim My son ran it thru dishwasher which upset me but pot was not harmed

Can it be used for popping Popcorn, temperature wise?

I wouldn’t do it personally-oil is generally not recommended on these pans but the information I found says you can use butter. The smoke point of butter is around 350 degrees which is not hot enough to pop popcorn. I just wouldn’t risk ruining my pan Hope this helps you

Will it get scratch if metal spoon on pot to scoop food ,soup up?p

I don’t use metal spoons on my pots but my son has without issue
