Does this shampoo have sulfate?

Not that I know of. It has a very clean and gentle feel to the scalp, it's the only shampoo that doesn't irritate my scalp and hair after prolonged use. Highly recommend

What are the ingredients?

List is too long to copy here, but there are several natural as well as chemically produced ingredients.

Disappointed in some ingredients. why the phenoxyethanol? i've learned this is a harmful ingredient. does it have a natural and light scent?

It has a nice, subtle fragrance and does a nice job, but not for infants or people with severe allergies. From the internet, we have: Phenoxyethanol is used as a preservative in cosmetic products and also as a stabilizer in perfumes and soaps. Exposure to phenoxyethanol has been linked to reactions ranging from eczema to severe, life-threatening allergic reactions. Infant oral exposure to phenoxyethanol can acutely affect nervous system function.

Is this shampoo recommended for (caucasian), long, wavy, non-colored treated hair?

I think it's for all types of hair. I happen to have long, wavy, non-color treated hair, and I love it for daily cleansing. I use a regular shampoo for deep cleansing once or twice a month if I do really dirty, outdoor work.
