Incredible game changer
Can a person love a pasta? If yes, then I am that person and this is that pasta. I have done red sauce with veg and stir fry with peanut and soy sauce. Each has been an incredible dish. I don't do anything besides run the noodles in cold water a couple times. Then, they go in the pan and in a few minutes, I have the most incredible meal. If Palmini ever goes out of business, I'm going to cry. An excellent substitute for regular pasta.

I happen to love these; but you can't eat them expecting them to taste like pasta. They're not pasta. They have a vegetable texture. They have a vegetable flavor. If you've eaten hearts of palm, and like them, you'll probably like these. I love the shape, perfect for making keto lasagna. My family doesn't do keto so I just use all the other ingredients along with these and make my own small pan. Very convenient since they don't need to be pre-cooked. They do take on the flavor of whatever you're using them in. I highly recommend for low carb, keto, or gluten free diets.

Use as a noodle substitute for lasagna
I have been eating this brand of hearts of palm noodles for years. Prior to cooking them I soak the noodles in water or coconut water for a half a hour and then pat them dry to reduce the briny taste. I use them to make lasagna with meat sauce - delicious 😋. Last year I had some problems/concerns about the product . Customer service reached out to me and resolved the issues. I am a happy customer , and will continue to purchase . 😊

Inconsistent product, not good
Got these cause we loved the linguini... these, sadly, are not good, they're too thick and utterly inedible!

I was pleasantly surprised at this! My husband has to watch his carbs due to borderline diabetes. He actually had 2 helpings😃 I will purchase again and again!!!

Pretty good replacement
For those of us who are actively seeking a lower calorie selection, this product worked out well. I made a pan of lasagna using these noodles and it fit the bill. The texture was fine and they did not alter the taste of the marina sauce and cheese. Although pricey, I will be buying it again.
