Q: Is the front protector genuine tempered glass or only the camera lens protector?

Only the camera protector is tempered glass. The screen protector is flexible and pretty simple to install except the plastic guide piece they sent for installation wasn't very accurate. I'm pretty happy with both of them (front and back) so far! This camera lense protector is better than one I tried from a different brand

Q: How long after applying screen protector do i have to wait before putting my phone in a case?

Should be fine to do right away as long as you push it all down with the squeegee and get any bubbles out. No need to wait.

Q: Does this work good with otter box cases?

It works great with my Otterbox Commuter Series case.
