Il faut dire que j’ai un visage étroit et délicat. J’ai dû fabriquer un ajustement à la hauteur des oreilles pour tier davantage vers l’arrière. J’ai fait deux trous verticals avec un poinçon de chaque côté et j’insère un cordon que j’attache derrière la tête. Ceci permet d’ajuster davantage. J’apprécie les deux crèmes qui semblent très nourrissante. Je garde le masque environ 40 à 60 minutes Je l’utilise le plus souvent possible mais pas toujours des jours consécutifs. Ça pourra peut-être stabiliser l’effet de l’attraction terrestre vers le bas. L’avenir le dira. Je suis somme tout satisfaite

When I bought the mask a year ago, I immediately understood what it was doing to help the vitality of my skin and underlying muscles. I think, and I’m not an expert, that it serves to stretch the muscles—and stretch in a good way for a few minutes, to keep them and the overlying fascia limber, loosening adhesions on the tissue. The other thing is lymph. When we hold tension in the muscles and fascia, lymph cannot move freely and do its job of clearing out waste from the tissue. The one thing I struggled with is getting the mask snagged in my hair, but I solved that with wearing a plastic shower cap. I wrap the bands over the cap. These days, I make the mask part of a morning process to get ready for a big day. I’ll take a shower and cleanse my face and hair, saturate my damp hair in a leave-in conditioner and put the shower cap on, and get a non-greasy slather of hylauronic acid or hydrating aloe Vera mask on my face. Sometimes I’ll add moisturize eye patches. Then I’ll carefully put the mask on. Then for 20 minutes, I’ll do a yin yoga session, stretching the rest of my body without aggressive movement, or lie down shavasana for 15 minutes. Then I’ll carefully remove the mask, and get on with the skincare or makeup or whatever, and I find all the hydration has sopped into my skin, my muscles have the benefit of reduced tension, and there’s nice circulation from the release. I would caution, be ultra gentle when you take off or put on the mask, and wash it gently. I air dry mine. Many thanks to Doctorcos for great customer service!

Absolute trash, doesn’t conform well to face, straps are made of hard plastic that dig in while sleeping, definitely not medical grade silicone. Huge waste of money

The idea of lifting was great. it did its purpose and I noticed a huge difference from the third day of using it. my upper eyelid became less saggy, and no under-eye puffiness. You need some time to get used to it in order to be able to adjust it to your face shape and not stretch your face the wrong way. The shape of the mask is not designed the best to fit in the nose and chin areas. the two annoying things are; 1- the clips are painful when used overnight while asleep. 2- it got ripped very fast from the lip area after the first week of use because I pulled it while asleep without opening the clips from the back. I wish if the shape of the mask was designed ina better way to fit the face more properly, have a different closure mechanism, and be stronger to last for at least a couple of months, I find it pricy for the time it lasted.
