I usually use the main brand cream but this delivery was quicker and the cream is cheaper. The cream is clear which is a huge bonus for applying at work or out and about. The active ingredients are strong and it stops itching immediately.

It helps relieve and clear cold sores.. I wouldn't use it on my mouth, it is strong, but any area around the nose.

As someone who has a sulfate sensitivity I've used good old Campho Phenique liquid for bug bites and scrapes for most of my 70+ years. Campho Phenique Cold Sore and Fever Blister Treatment for Lips is just as reliable. It helps my body heal skin breaks/irritations. I'm grateful they still produce and sell it. The treatment for lips comes in a handy tube and has a gel/salve consistency that makes it easy to dispense and apply. Try it on cold sores...it takes away the discomfort and begins the healing process in short order.
