Vegan Diet Meal Replacement Extreme

Lovely taste. Great texture. I mix it with water as its just as nice. I add a few frozen strawberries and put it all in a blender, making it frothy and thicker. Mixes well in a shake bottle but I prefer using a blender. I’m not vegan, however too much dairy and whey give me a bad tummy. Keeps me full up and energised for a few hours. Quality product 👍🏻

Ok so it doesn’t keep me as full as my usual product BUT this is 3 times cheaper and keeps me full for a few hours so way better value. The banana one tastes lovely, though I’m not a fan on sweeteners as they can upset my stomach, this one hasn’t .. yet! I mix with soya milk and as I’m doing a VLCD I’m using for breakfast and lunch replacements. Going ok so far. I like the price compared to others, the taste is nice, I haven’t noticed any strange textures or after taste but I am used to a more gritty version so I guess it could be that. I’ll keep using this one at this price for sure.

Pretty decent protein for the money, not chalky. I do add soya or oat milk with it though because it’s too thin with water. I’ve mixed in is even better or if I don’t have any then I’ll pop it into the fridge or freezer for a bit. It does lack flavour, I can’t find any decent ones and I go off reviews but really it’s down to each individual because we all have different tastes. I can’t have just this alone, it doesn’t fill me up by just drinking it or adding it to yogurt etc. I thought by purchasing it, it would make me feel full but it doesn’t. I have many food intolerances and this doesn’t hurt my stomach, the texture is ok.

The Protein Works have really hit upon a fabulous flavouring system with their chocolate silk flavour. We normally use their Vegan Diet Meal Replacement but thought we'd try the Extreme version, because it's on offer. The taste is equally fabulous, and the texture is as smooth and silky as a Mozart symphony. I have to say, though, the recommended serving size of 60 grams (212 kcals) is just is not enough. That's okay for a healthy snack or the conclusion to a conventional meal. Main meals tend to be ~ 600 kilocalories so, to replace a meal, you'd need over 100 grams of VDMRPX. This makes the Extreme version of VDMRP rather expensive but, again, compare it to a typical meal (plus the shopping, preparation, cooking, washing-up time and costs), and it's great value for money. We'll be buying more of this while it's on offer - it's not just healthy and tasty; it's also an unbeatable time- and cost-saving bargain. Another fabulous vegan product from the Protein Works.

Previously purchased this shake and tasted chocolaty and reordered twice. On this latest order packaging slightly different, noting the addition of the word "extreme". Immediately noted taste was off, can hardly taste the chocolate and has a slightly chemically taste. Really disappointing and shame due to previous deliveries being great.

Positive. I love the taste of the meal replacement, and it’s good to get a vegan option. Negative. The printed information isn’t great. I’d sooner see something like, how many calories each drink contains. My eyesight is very poor, so just looking for the information I need to photograph and then magnify it on my phone is difficult. I was looking for packaging I could reseal before I bought, but even though it ‘looks’ like this bag is resealable, it isn’t. I managed to seal about an inch of the really thin plastic strip. Needs sorting asap, because nobody wants to ‘peg’ and expensive product closed. So, in all, nice tasting diet drink. Extremely poor packaging.

Buy all the time. Love the caramel taste to help substitute it for a meal to lose weight. Very filling.

Ho provato diversi sostituti per il pasto e questo è il migliore a mio gusto. Riesco a durare fino a 4 ore senza sentire la fame e non mi gonfia come facevano altri sostituti. Il gusto cioccolato è buonissimo e non mi stanca!

Schmeckt mir sehr gut. Die Konsistenz ist schön cremig und der Geschmack schokoladig. Ich bereite den Shake mit 300 ml Not Milk von Alpro (3,5 % Fett) zu.

Alors il a bon goût mais reste très sucré, et il y’a des grumeaux . Je le passe au mixeur sinon impossible à boire .
