I ordered a faceplate with side panels, back plate, buttons, and new joysticks for my Xbox Series S controller, all from ExtremeRate and every product is amazing. Shipping was fast, arrived in just 1 day and everything came complete to my order. All of ExtremeRate's pieces are designed and manufactured to be the same as oem, so everything fits together perfectly just like the original controller. I've never taken apart a controller before so I wasn't to sure what I was getting myself into, but I watched ExtremeRate's instructional videos on YouTube and had no problem taking the controller apart, installing the new buttons/joysticks and putting it all back together with the new plates and it only took me about 30 minutes, start to finish. Everything fit great, it all lined up perfectly, none of the buttons or joysticks are sticking, they all feel just as they did before. If you watch their instructional videos and u don't rush, u should have no problems installing any of their products even if ur a first timmer. Overall I give all of the products I ordered 5 stars out of 5, without any doubt about it. I'm really diggin the new look of my controller and I'm sure u will to if u go with ExtremeRate.

As some other posts had said this is something you have to take apart the entire controller including removing the motherboard to do all the pieces. Per Xbox this will not void the warranty IF you do it without damaging it in the process of replacing the buttons. I like the custom look to my controller without having to spend $100 on just a standard controller that’s a “special” color. I am not a big gamer but I am good at taking things apart and even this proved slightly challenging. I recommend buying all the pieces you plan on changing and doing it all at once. I did the joy sticks also and easily was able to put them in when closing it back up from the button exchange. Overall great product and I’m totally satisfied. The video from the company wasn’t the best and remembering what I took from where was important as the video was not near as in depth as I thought it should be. There are a lot of small parts and no text or words.

Got it next day. Was pleased the kit came with the tools needed to swap buttons. Fits my Xbox Series S controller perfectly. Has a barcode to scan that says it has instructions for how to replace buttons, however I did not use this, so I cannot verify. The plastic does seem somewhat cheaper(lighter?) than original buttons, so time will tell if they hold up. Otherwise, good purchase.

These buttons look nice and work well. First time I put them together, the bumper piece was bowed. Once I put the middle piece on top of it, the bumpers wouldn’t engage. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to send me out an entire replacement set which I just put together and they work perfectly! The buttons are smooth and respond well, they were very easy to install once I got the installation video and did it once. This was the first of 2 controllers I customized, second went much quicker.

Replacement took a while, but I’m satisfied with the results. Got a red, black and chrome color scheme that I rather like. Texture is a little different, but not bad. Functions fine. Note: I used a different set for the buttons, but I doubt this would change my review as they function the same.

First time ever taking apart this kind of controller so it took a while but the buttons all went in nicely and look great. The DPad feels kinda slick, there isn't any kind of texture to it but not a huge deal. The triggers are very clicky and I like that. Only other complaint I have is that the tutorial video they say to look up has no narration and there were a couple times I really wish that it did.

I bought a few packets of button sets from this seller, and each one was really good quality and looks great each controller. I would buy more products from this seller, well worth the money.

Wow what a great product I liked it so much I bought another kit for another controller I have. The fitment of the buttons were flawless not to tight and not to lose PERFECT. The buttons looked really good in the pictures but WOW I honestly can say after installing the kit it looks so good way better then the pictures. I really cannot think of any cons with this kit the price is low the quailty is extremly good. The custom kit I bought for a Xbox Series X Controller came with two security torx head screw drivers one is a number 8 and the other is a number 6 you also get a plastic pry tool and a small bag of new torx head screws number 8 and 6 size. If you don't have any experience working on video game controllers no problem at all the online videos that extreme rate has on YouTube guides you through every step.

Follow the YouTube tutorial step by step, taking your own time.. very easy to do. I didn't think I could do until,. But the tutorial made it easy. It's very sturdy and no clanking or issues with using the controller. Still work works like OEM. I highly rated these products from this seller.

J'ai pris ce kit de bouton à la suite de l'achat d'une façade de la même marque dont j'ai été très satisfait. La qualité est au rendez vous, je m'attendais à quelque chose de globalement moins propre que les pièces officielles mais force est de constater que la finesse des injections et les tolérances d'assemblage sont impeccables. Un poil cher pour du plastique, et la finition des surfaces n'a pas le petit grain des pièces officielles, ça reste malgré tout très grippant en ce qui concerne les boutons. L'assemblage est simple mais demande un peu de délicatesse dans le cas du remplacement de certains boutons, mieux vaut éviter d'avoir des pieds à la places des mains et la tremblote d'un alcoolique en sevrage.

also ich bin von dem Knöpfe - Set mehr als begeistert. Sieht super aus. Passt farblich zu meiner XBox ;-) Die Qualität ist super, keine Kratzer oder Krate sind vorhanden. Der Einbau war für mich gar kein Problem, jedoch ist es unter Umständen für Laien etwas schwieriger, da der Controller komplett auseinandergebaut werden muss. Aber das Anleitungsvideo von eXtremeRate ist sehr gut gemacht. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Mal sehen evtl. hole ich mir noch andere Farbkombinationen und poste dann die Bilder hier.
