Great book that includes multiple scenarios and perspectives for feedback, each of them on a brief but sharp narrative. Very handy for new or experienced leaders

Helpful information in a convenient format. This book doesn’t reveal any life-changing information, nor is it a comprehensive guide to delivering feedback. It is, however, an excellent “go to” handbook that distills important ideas in an accessible medium. Would likely be useful for new managers or coaches.

I was recommended this book by a colleague and found it incredibly difficult to read especially compared to the O rielly book covering the same topic. Im pretty sure if you can slog through it you will find it useful, that just feels like such chore.

Used it to prepare for my mid year review for my direct reports . Found it concise and lucid in its format

This book is great for new managers.

Good content by HBR, but very boring & dry. Be careful driving with this one it could put you to sleep.
