THIS took out the stain multiple shampoos, enzymes, pet sprays, left behind. It's magic!
When we bought the house, we took out all the carpet except for the steps and intermediary landing. I'm a nurse and can't tell you how many accidents occur on the stairs. Unfortunately, about a week later I had to go away for 2 nights to close on the old house and left my 2 teenage boys in charge (16 and 18). When I came back there was a medium sized stain on the landing. Upset, I asked them to clean it up which resulted in a large sized stain on the landing. The carpet was supposed to be a stain master but even after I used specialty pet enzymes, multiple shampoo machines and extractors and everything known to man, it was just a slightly smaller, slightly lighter stain. After 2 years of trial and error, I was considering having it cut out. I saw this on facebook but wanted the security of being able to return with Amazon. It came in a box marked fragile. it was really well packed. I read the instructions, saturated the area and went to bed. In the morning it looked gone. I threw on all the lights, opened the drapes and it was slightly visible. I gave it a second spray. By that night it was completely gone! I am now using it on other areas as I have 5 dogs (i do rescue and foster) and have been keeping them to the kitchen and play areas. It works unbelievably well! It's a bit expensive so I don't use it on all messes, just ones that the others can't get clean. This is a total game changer! No smell, residue or mess. A quick fix to restore whatever it is back to new.

This product saved my rugs and hardwoods
I have a dog that suffers from Diabetes Insipidus, which means he essentially drinks an inordinate amount of water and pees more than you could imagine a dog could hold. He rarely has accidents inside but when he does - it is very damaging due to the volume. I have another little dog that suffers from being an ornery diva. Between these two - I almost gave up on soft furnishings forever. I first used this on the rug in my daughter’s room where little dog had been consistently spotting in the event that the conditions outside were unsuitable for her, like perhaps it was just a tad too windy that day and she didn’t want to mess up her hair. I was devastated every time I walked in to my girl’s room in our new home and could immediately smell dog urine. I have the Bissell carpet cleaner and also tried two different enzymatic cleaners that are also highly rated but they weren’t enough to lift the stains. Then there’s my rug - a $1700 “treat yourself” as a single Mom who just wanted one nice area to herself. Little dog pulled her nonsense on that rug once or twice and big dog made sure to cover her tracks for her by peeing on top of it - teamwork! I got My Pet Peed as a last resort and honestly as the bottle says - it got way worse before it got better. I used almost an entire bottle on just her rug. I thought maybe it wasn’t going to work until about 72 hours after the last application. I walked in her room and smelled nothing at all. I can put my nose to the rug - no smell. It’s gone! Same for my 100 year old hardwoods - any spot they’ve stained has lifted really well without damaging finish or color. It is pricey and that kind of stinks but rug cleaning is $100s and very very hassle forward. I will always keep this stocked in our home.

I think it tried and it's better than most off the shelf products
Yes, it does clean the area to an extent. It also does kind of bleach the carpet with repeated cleanings (I had a 21 year old cat suffering from renal failure for the last 4 years, she had good days & bad days, she also never squatted to use the cat box - ever; high walls are great but they're only on 3 sides, she always piddled in the very front of the box so she would just walk in and go & you'd see the stream shooting out the front of the cat box). I used this so long ago, I don't even recall if it had a smell (and knowing my olfactory, if I'm not recalling a strong odor, it was nominal). The spray was okay, you really did have to soak the area. It dried in about 48 hours and usually I would do another reapply because she just kept using the same spots over and over. I also used quite a bit of the product to really soak into the area (easily a 1/3 of the bottle for one spot). I've used so many accident clean up products, it's insane. I don't believe this is the best but I believe it is better than a lot of the off the shelf products in major retailers (there isn't a urinish odor on damp/humid days like there previously had been for example). I don't believe it got up the older scents from older 'oops' spots as my other cats love rolling in those 'stinky oops' spots often (carpets are stained in those spots as well). Thankfully nobody has decided to have an 'oops' in those old spots. Honestly, I'm not convinced there is a product out there that truly removes these pheromones effectively or completely. I think there are things to disguise it enough for hominins but not for our felines and canines.

MIRACLE PRODUCT!
If you have been fighting pet urine odor, this is the last thing you'll have to buy. We have a newer home with expensive carpet. A few months ago, our elderly dog started having accidents in the living room. We shampooed the carpet many times. After she passed, we recently got a puppy. She keeps peeing in the same spots where our old girl did. We first tried shampooing the carpet countless times. I swear I think it made it worse. We dont want to replace the carpet until the puppy stops having accidents, but suspected the scent of the previous dogs urine was causing her to pee there. So we started buying sprays. We tried all the store bought stuff and when those didn't work, came here. We first tried a pricey enzyme spray, which did nothing. Returned that one. Our last effort before ripping out the carpet was this. Well we sprayed it as soon as it arrived and the smell is GONE. 100% undetectable. It was strong enough before that I could smell it when I walked into the room. It was gross and embarrassing. This stuff is worth every penny and saved us many more pennies because now we can't wait until our current puppy is totally trained before replacing the carpet and don't have to live with any gross smells. I am seriously blown away by the effectiveness of this product.

So Glad Somebody Made This Product!
I've got a few cats, and like all cats, they occasionally get sick. I've used Nature's Miracle for many years and recently got the Rocco and Roxie brand, but tbh, when I'm doing the semi annual go through the house with a purple light and clean all the spots I didn't see process, it's a time-consuming pain having to blot-until-dry and repeat process. I *love* that there's finally a product on the market that I can spray, leave, check, and repeat! One of the things this manufacturer appropriately advises is to check for color-fastness since it's a hydrogen peroxide-based product. I have rugs and carpets with a high cotton content, so was a bit concerned about this caution, but it turned out fine. I've used it on several spots on my carpets to clear up the places I didn't adequately blot-until-dry, or adequately vacuum with my carpet shampooer attachment, when I've used the other products, and my carpets and rugs don't show any discoloration after using this product. YaY! It's done a good job cleaning up old messes, but the oldest, worst ones - I'm still working on those, so while it removes a lot of the old messes after 1 treatment, sometimes it takes several treatments. It's very effective on new spots with 1 treatment. I'm ok with the hydrogen peroxide residual smell. It dissipates within the day and so far seems to keep the cats away from those spots. But I have to mention that the Rosco and Roxie product's smell seems to be a better deterrent to my cats - I don't know why, but they're more likely to sniff and walk away from those spots, so I'll keep some of their product around as an after-treatment for that reason. The Nature's Miracle product smells better, but I find it doesn't keep my cats from going back to those places to get ill - possibly because I have difficulty removing all of it from the carpets. I haven't tried this product in the washing machine with blankets and beds the cats have gotten sick on, so I can't speak to that. But I can say that Nature's Miracle does a good job in that capacity, so I'll keep that around for that.
