will the MSR mountain bowl nest in the 1.1 liter pot?

the msr alpine bowl will not only nest in there, it also works well to bake in! i baked great cornbread in the greased bowl which was inside the stowaway pot & placed in the firepit with lots of coals below, & a few on top. i had the pot upside down so coals would stay on top of it, on top of the bottom that is. i will add additional pics to my review showing this.

I know that it is 775ml but what is the phisical size of it.

Is the 1.1 Liter pot stainless steel?

Yes, it is stainless steel, likely 304. Contrary to another reviewer is not magnetic. 400 types of stainless are. Not 300s.

Will this work on the msr pocket rocket and be stable...the 775 ml?

The 775 and 1.6 both are stable on the pocket rocket, no issues. Not so much on my alcohol stove.

Awesome little pot!!! I keep it in the warmer at work and my food stays hot and ready for feast at lunch. Also great for camping or hiking etc. Also very easy to warm up food on portable gas stoves etc. Lid seals nice & tight eliminating spills with stews etc. Maybe I'll buy a couple more. Great gift idea that will be used for many years to come.
