The Cocteau Twins' complete catalog, fully re-mastered by Robin Guthrie and available at a low midline price. Review: One of the finest pieces of the Dream Pop Genre!!!! - Well, it was worth waiting, because the cd that was supposed to arrive in early December, did arrive in early February, who knows what was the problem, but if finally did arrive, which speaks well of the buyer's sense of responsibility. As to the cd itself it is marvelous, hypnotic, the voice of Elizaberth Fraser and Robin Guthrie plus Simon Raymonde's musicianship blends perfectly, and produce a magic and ethereal-celestial soundscape. An splendid achievement in the history of the dream pop genre! Highly recommended!!!! Review: In love, as a young listener. - Shipped on time and in perfect condition, as described. This is one of my favorite musical albums across any genre, and in my top three of Cocteau Twins' discography. I am taken to a different place with each listen. While my first CT album was Heaven Or Las Vegas, this would not be a bad choice for a first experience. It demonstrates the versatility of Guthrie and Fraser's songwriting and melody crafting, and really showcases the sonic finesse of this band. Also lots of sentimental value in this record for me; although I am only 18 years old, I've taken the Twins with me across the country and have been the soundtrack to many sunrises, snowy landscapes, warm sunsets and night drives through the city. I bought this record simply to expand my vinyl collection. Very beautiful piece of art.

Vinyl sounds real good!
I read a lot of reviews about poor quality vinyl pressings for the latest pressing. I was skeptical but pulled the trigger. I got it today and I disagree with those folks. I love the way it sounds. Killer album. Maybe other folks’ ears are superior to mine who knows who cares but I’m glad I got it. Sounds awesome. Cheers!

The Voice Of An Angel Can Be Heard
I first heard Carolyn's Fingers on a cassette tape sent by a friend in 1988. 31 years later this album still amazes me. Elizabeth Fraser has the voice of an angel and stands as my favorite singer of all time. 5 stars is not enough in my opinion, and not enough can be said here to express their impact.

Wonderful album
Beautiful album and my vinyl copy arrived with no issues! I was relieved as so many represses are of questionable quality. This is a good one.

I'm maybe a bit "odd", in that I don't always subscribe to the "vinyl is best" opinion - but in this case there is a noticeable improvement in the audio quality compared to my CD copy. I've had this album since it's release. In 1988 I was a poor first-time buyer of a flat, when interest rates rocketed to 15%, so money was REALLY tight - but I managed to buy the cassette version of this (of my favourite band) on its release. Replaced in the 90's on CD, my OCD personality loves the clean, clear audio. This vinyl version was a gift from my son for Father's Day - a bit of a novelty, to be honest, and I didn't have high expectations - but the sound quality is amazing - I'm well-impressed, and it actually outperforms my CD. I have original vinyl from the 60's and 70's, and this beats most of my collection "hands down" for sound quality and aesthetic presentation.
