Not impressed at all!!
The ear piece appears to work, but the packaging was poor. The ear piece can loose in a plastic bag and was missing the foam covering for the end that goes in the ear.

Makes in field operation so easy
I am very pleased with the mic/earphone. It makes listening, talking and using your hands for other things so convenient. You hang your radio on your belt and forget about it. It so less cumbersome than clipping a hand mic up on your chest. Also, your reception are less distracting to others and more private.
