A loud bell
If you need a sturdy, loud bell, then this is the bell for you. My husband recently had surgery and I bought this bell for him to use in case he needed to summon me for assistance. The bell is really loud. I'd say irritatingly loud, but I'm a little more sensitive to noise than most people. As it turned out, my husband didn't need to use the bell. If he had needed to use the bell, I would have put a little something (gauze, tape?) on the clapper to try to dim the bell ring.
