The steamer was working perfectly until end of May. The switch bottom is not working anymore and there is no option to return, exchange or refund for this purchase. Any other way I can query it with Amazon directly. There is no option to contact seller. I have never had any issues with any products purchased through Amazon. I am looking for refund as it has only been used few times and now it's useless.

Had this item for 5 weeks for My clinic. Stopped working, the ooze switch kept switching off. Please read reviews before purchasing as this has happened to a number of customers. I have tried to contact the seller with no look. There are other sellers out there who would be more than willing to help or send a new one.

Nice and good item. Using for facial treatment.

Worked fine for 6 months. Now only hot air comes out. Tried descaling but it hasn't made a difference so will have to replace
