Elasund: The First City

Oh my gosh! Got this for my husband for Christmas this year. We play this at least twice a week. It's such a fun game. If you love Catan, you will like this I think. It's a fun spin on the original game. Be aware though, the set up of the game and the board itself, is totally different than original Catan. It is really fun though and worth the money.

Took about 2-3 games to get a feel.for it. Different than Catan as most know it!

We LOVE this game! A nice change from Catan (we are addicts!) Lots of different strategies, so there's something for everyone in our family. I just like playing (I almost never win : ) If you don't play complex games like this often, be patient. It may take you a bit to catch on. But don't give up, it's worth reading and following the directions.

Easy to learn and fun to play. Setup is really easy and has good replay value.

Fun strategy game. Different game play than Catan, but similar category of strategy game. After first play, rules become second-nature.
