What are the different levels for?

Manufacture recommends performing control tests before performing a blood glucose test for the first time. Perform control tests with more than one level of control solution. Manufacturers develop control solution(s) and assign acceptable ranges for each level of control solution (level 0, 1, 2, etc.). The ranges are based on regulatory guidelines, the accuracy and precision of test strips and glucose control solution. No setting changes are required to use TRUE METRIX control solution on TRUE METRIX®, TRUE METRIX® AIR and TRUE METRIX® GO Self- Monitoring Blood Glucose Meters. Follow the instructions provided with the TRUE METRIX® meters to conduct a control test.

Is this compatable with the older "True Track" monitor or can you point me in the direction of where i can find the fluid for the True Track monitor?

NO. Each TRUE system (there are several) has its own test strip and controls. Home Diagnostics TrueTrack control solution is what you need, sold on Amazon. Type in truetrack test strip, locate the brand name (Home Diagnostics) and you should find the control under their products.
