I have learned that the Cayenne pills help with metabolism but don't expect a high weightloss. It is a slow drop. Also it helps "clean" your system. Just make sure you plan the time frame from when you take it because you will be having to use the restroom rather quickly. But the Cayenne pills do help.

Well, I am a special case. First off, the picture shows extra, IDKY. I didn't order nor get the extra. And tbh I would stay clear of it. LOL It says take 3 times a day if taken for hair growth... so I've heard. But, I have medical problems, there's no way I could take these 3 times a day. Spicy or not. And after a few days of taking once a day for me, it's ok. But the first few days of it, whew did my stomach burn. I felt bloated and had heartburn. But it wasn't bad enough to stop taking it. Now it only bothers me if I eat acidy foods. Like onions, tomatoes, bbq sauce, stuff like that. Certain foods that have spices in it but not spicy. So I've been taking it for I'm gonna guess almost 3 months now and sadly, I see no hair. I've even opened the capsules, mixed with olive oil and put it on my head. It wasn't too bad, tingled a little, but was very messy. Sadly, no hair growth. So I gave this 3 stars because it does work just not the way I was wanting it to. Every 2 weeks to a month I get an injection for my allergies. 1 in both arms. And not once have I had to get one. I do think the vitamins are helping me in that area. So I am going to keep taking them. I would also imagine I've maintain my weight, because be prepared to sweat. I'm no where near menopause and I feel like I have hot flashes. lol You will also sweat more as you work out too. But losing weight is always a good thing, if done right. So that too may also be a plus. :) These are not a bad price. If you think of driving to the store, the gas you will spend getting there and the cost of the bottle itself. I think this is a pretty good deal and it's not a total loss. Cayenne has great benefits in taking it for the body. So whether it is taken for your hair, allergies, weight, whatever. I don't see a negative sign in taking these. However for the things I've read about it growing hair. It's a no go for me.

Used this and garcinia together and it helped raise my metabolism up a bit. Lost about 20 lbs on them both. If you get heartburn easy take them with a banana...

Make sure you eat something right before or right after taking this. But it is a great product and does feel like it improves circulation!
